Betman
Unified sports betting across retail terminals, desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Led a four-person frontend team building BetMan — Kiron's real-time sports betting platform for retail and online operators.

BetMan is Kiron Interactive's platform for sports betting operators — covering retail shop terminals and online channels in one system. Operators need live match video, real-time odds updates, team selection grids, and payment flows that hold up during peak match traffic across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
As Frontend Leader, I directed a team of four developers. I owned frontend architecture, set development guidelines, and delivered the real-time and payment-critical interfaces that operators and bettors interact with during live events.
- Established frontend architecture, folder structure, and coding guidelines the team followed across features.
- Built live match interfaces with video feeds, score updates, and odds that refresh in real time.
- Implemented team selection grids with league logos and quick-pick actions for fast betting workflows.
- Developed payment transaction UI with clear state feedback during deposit and withdrawal flows.
- Defined real-time communication patterns between frontend and backend for live event data.
- Ran code reviews and participated in CI/CD pipelines to keep releases consistent across the team.
- Collaborated with the CTO, backend engineers, and QA on integration and release planning.
The frontend team shipped consistent real-time experiences that operators could run during high-traffic match windows. Shared architecture meant new features followed established patterns instead of one-off implementations, and payment states gave users clear feedback they could rely on at the counter or on their phone.
